AM I Navigator is an Additive Manufacturing Digital Platform designed to help manufacturing companies assess their maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and successfully scale industrial Additive Manufacturing (AM). Our team designed and developed a modern digital experience that presents the AM I Navigator Maturity Model and helps organizations navigate their journey toward industrialized 3D printing.
The website serves as both an educational resource and an interactive platform, allowing visitors to explore the AM I Navigator Maturity Model, learn about the five stages of AM industrialization, and understand the ten key dimensions that influence successful implementation—from strategy and product design to manufacturing execution, quality, sustainability, and organizational readiness.
A key feature of the platform is the interactive AM Maturity Assessment, which enables companies to evaluate their current level of Additive Manufacturing maturity through a structured online assessment. Based on the results, organizations can benchmark their capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and build a strategic roadmap for scaling industrial AM adoption.
The project focused on transforming highly technical content into an intuitive digital experience. Clean information architecture, interactive user journeys, responsive design, and an engaging presentation of complex manufacturing concepts allow engineers, business leaders, and technology partners to easily navigate the framework and access valuable industry insights.
Built on WordPress, the website provides a scalable content management system that enables the client to manage educational resources, partner information, maturity models, and assessment content while supporting the continuous evolution of the AM I Navigator initiative.
